Great location with an easy drive to the ferry, the hotel had secure underground parking. the large room was nice and the staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the free evening buffet with plenty of options to choose. the availability of breakfast from 6 am in the morning made our day to catch an early ferry.

It was quite hot on the summer day we were there and the rooms do not have air conditioning. the fans helped to cool off the room, but it still felt stuffy at night.

Dinner was included. There was also a good selection of salad. Breakfast was also good. Care products in the room were very good.

The beds were too soft. . . Staff in the restaurant was inattentive, so that we could not order any drinks and therefore drank the water which was included in the dinner.

Dinner was disappointing. . The buffet was very poor and did not match the price. Breakfast was fine, but it wasn't amazing either. Would no longer book this accommodation, as it can only be booked with dinner.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It's so convenient to be close to the shopping and attractions. The staff here are incredibly warm and helpful, making you feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. I especially loved the option to make your own waffles in the afternoon. Dinner here was also fantastic, with a great selection of tasty vegetables. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Dinner was included. The choice of food was quite sufficient in view of the total price (half board). Vegetarians could also be fed up.

Parking is very expensive

The hotel is in great location, close to shops and restaurants, very easy to reach with public transport. We loved that it was in the city centre with bus stops nearby. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Breakfast had variety, with fresh fruits and breads, and the staff were kind.

The TV was old and outdated.

The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. Encouraged by the presence of an evening buffet. Underground parking is warm - an obvious plus, especially in winter.

The room in the morning was cold. Underground parking is small and intimate (if there were more guests, the place would not suffice)

Good food, helpful desk staff

Spent a few nights in a lovely hotel with great Scandinavian decor and a wonderful buffet that was available most of the day. Good-sized rooms with excellent showers and comfortable bedding. The location was perfect, near the university and very accessible to the town center. Staff who were friendly and attentive but not overly so.

Wifi was not consistent and we had issues with connectivity in our room. The breakfast buffet was a bit basic and could have done with more variety in terms of hot dishes.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We had room to put our bags on shelves etc for ease of access. The bathroom was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were both good and appreciated by us as we were travelling through The staff were all very helpful

The only negative comment is the lack of air conditioning however your staff gave us a fan which did the trick.

We'll stay only theré when we visit Umeå.
